Please note our return policy .

Items should not be shipped without first submitting a return request.

Send return request:

1. Log in to your account :

• Enter your email address in the "Email" field and then click "Continue."
• Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code in the email. Also check your spam folder.
• Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Click on the order for which you wish to request a return.

3. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the shop.

5. Click on "Send request".

If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
