ORDERING
HybridPunkBerlin actively promotes sustainability and encourages conscious shopping decisions. Therefore we highly advice to consult our sizing chart for accurate size determination, and reach out to us with any questions before making a purchase.
How do I get my measurements right?
It is recommendable to take the measurements wearing underwear or tight clothing.
Bust: wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of the chest.
Waist: measure the narrowest part of the waist. Larger bellies measure slightly below, where the waistband will sit.
Hips: In most cases this means your butt. Measure the widest part of your hips, approximately at the level of the hip joints.
Then compare with our size chart. If you are not sure, feel free to contact us to get the size right.
My measurements are different from the standard ones. Can I ask you to customize the product?
Since most of our items are produced in sustainable on demand production, it is possible to make adjustments. Just write us an e-mail to hybridpunkberlin@web.de and we will do our best to fulfil your wishes. If it doesn’t get too crazy then the price should stay like in the product description.
Please note: customized items are not eligible for returns.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel the order?
Yes, within 24 hours after the purchase you can cancel by writing us an e-mail to hybridpunkberlin@web.de. Please make sure to state the reason for the cancellation – this is very important, so we can improve ourselves and ensure your next experience with us is brilliant. We issue refunds to the original payment method. The process takes up to 15 days from the moment it is confirmed.

Where do you ship from?
We produce and ship from BERLIN, Germany.
When will I receive my order?
You can always check your approximate delivery date on your order page. Your total waiting time consists of our processing time and delivery terms of the shipping carrier. While the latter varies depending on what country you're located in, our processing time is about 3-7 business days.
Can I get my order by a certain date?
Yes, but the timing depends on your location, the number of items you need, and the date you need it by. Please, provide these details to hybridpunkberlin@web.de and our Customer Care Team will clarify it for you.
What should I do if my order is missing?
First of all, check the tracking number we provided. The shipping carrier might have delayed the parcel. You can also contact the delivery company to get more details.

Will my parcel be charged additional fees, like handling, customs, taxes or import charges?
When buying from certain countries, VAT is not being collected. Therefore, the shipping carrier may request to cover the surcharges on the last stages of delivery. Unfortunately, we don’t compensate for these taxes.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. HybridPunkBerlin has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I exchange or return an item?
We accept returns for all items if they are both unworn and unwashed, except for customized products. You have a 14-days window from the moment you receive the package. Please, DO NOT send your items without submitting your return request prior to that. To proceed, please, click here. You can read more about return conditions here.
Are exchanges & returns free?
They are not. If you decide to return your clothes, you'll need to cover the shipping costs. However, we fully cover the new delivery if you're making an exchange.
