How do I take my measurements correctly?
Wear form-fitting clothing or underwear. Measure the following points:
- Chest: widest point
- Waist: narrowest point (for a larger belly, slightly lower where the waistband sits)
- Hips: widest point – not at the hip bones, but below them

Can I order a custom fit?
Yes. Since we produce to order, individual adjustments are possible. The most common requests are length adjustments (trousers, shirts), a narrower or wider waist, and a wider chest. Get in touch before ordering at hybridpunkberlin@web.de – the price usually stays the same. Please note: custom-fit items are excluded from returns.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, within 12 hours of purchase – please get in touch as quickly as possible at hybridpunkberlin@web.de. Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take up to 15 business days.
PRODUCTION & MATERIALS
What does "handmade in Berlin" mean?
The majority of our collection – hoodies, trousers, longsleeves, blouses, leggings and women's shirts – is cut, printed, sewn and finished entirely in Berlin using European fabric.
The only exception: men's T-shirts. For lightweight T-shirt qualities, we have not been able to source fabric that meets our standards. Instead, we use high-quality blanks made from organically grown cotton, which are hand-printed and finished in Berlin. The final product is not certified – the organic origin of the raw material is documented via our supplier. Accordingly, the label reads: "Hand-printed in Berlin".
How do I care for my items?
All items can be machine washed at 30 °C. T-shirts made from organic cotton can also be washed at 40 °C. To protect the print, we recommend turning items inside out.
Ironing: never iron directly over the print – screen printing ink cannot withstand direct heat. If necessary, iron inside out or place baking paper over the print as protection.

Where do you ship from?
We produce and ship from Berlin, Germany.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Canada, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA.
Note for Mexico: After your purchase you will automatically receive an email with information about the required customs documents (CURP/RFC).
When will my order arrive?
Our processing time is 3–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location. You can check the estimated delivery date in your order overview at any time.
Can I receive my order by a specific date?
Get in touch before ordering at hybridpunkberlin@web.de with your desired date, location and the items you want – we will do our best.
My order cannot be tracked – what should I do?
Check the tracking number in your confirmation email and track the parcel directly with the shipping carrier. For further issues: hybridpunkberlin@web.de
Are there customs or import fees?
Depending on the destination country, customs duties, taxes or handling fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority in advance.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All common payment methods are accepted – credit card, PayPal, Klarna and more. The available options will be shown to you at checkout.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt – unworn and unwashed. Personalised items and custom-fit orders are excluded. Please submit a return request before sending anything back.

Who covers the return shipping costs?
For returns, you cover the shipping costs. For exchanges, we cover the re-delivery in full.
